Its Saturday again!! This week, i went soccer in the morning at Yio Chu Kang Primary School, for a friendly match. I did start the match, as it was a 11-a-side game. I played as a left-back for the first time. Patrice Evra eh? haha
Well, for the first time, i completed 70 minutes of the game, before getting subbed out, and getting subbe din again some time later, to play as right-back, center back, John O'Shea style. I love to play soccer when I am on form. I thought I did quite well during the process of the whole game, as i got involved in the game, quite often, instead of just running around chasing the ball. This time, I was disciplined enough to adapt in to the position I was asked to play, and is more of positional play.
Especially in the first 30 minutes, i thought I had the best game for quite awhile. I was called into defensive action for many times, defending against the opposing winger. I made a few blocks from their crosses and shots, and also made a sliding tackle to put the ball out of play for a opposing throw-in. Most impressive is that I also made a crucial block from an oppposing shot, which some of the team-mates thanked me after that. From there, it was about playing for the joy of it, and contributing for the team. I really enjoyed it alot, and i think its possibly the best game i had for quite some time. Though we lost out in the end, I was satisfied with my individual performance as i thought I had improved abit on my game. The team also played very well, remembering that we were playing against normal people with skills.
After that, i went back for guitar practice. Arvind revised with us the plucking method, and told us to master the switching of the basic chords: C, Am, F, G. He also showed us how to play some songs etc..quite interesting...

Missing Elements
My Common Tests are here already, and I am quite busy preparing for them. I need to do well in both papers. The first paper, Cost Accounting, the Common Tests is 50% of the whole module and thats a big percentage.
The second Common Test, Rapid Application Development is a programming paper, consists of 30%. I have done well for the first class test 15% of the whole module, coming in 2nd in class, behind my close friend in school, Long Yuan. He has helped me alot this semester, and I look forward to work together with him in the various projects this semester.
More than ever, I'm missing clique chats and best friend for 2 weeks, maybe 3 weeks, and 3 weeks is too long. It is feeling strange without clique chats, and i just wait for it to resume, as i got alot of things to ponder on...
The previous week is just simply not my week. No clique chats, solo chats, and to make matters worse, I am very low as 2nd best friend is sick, and I am worried and hope that she would recover faster...
Not having guitar sessions to look forward to this week even though I went AWWA for soccer training yesterday, is a miss. Last week, We were taught plucking method by Justin. Daniel would be absent for about a month, and we would need guidance from all teachers for us to progress up again...
Missing those times when my both best friends will have chat together as 1 group.....
