There are definitely some times, where even the best players will feel down by poor management of a good team. But, what makes a great and outstanding player is one's resolve to stand up and feel motivated again, to achieve what we want.
I feel that despite setbacks, my resolve to improve has indeed not weakened. Everything which we go through definitely have its highs and lows, as i have seen them myself. I wish that the situation can improve fast, though i cannot possibly see it improving, given the current state of things
Due to those, star player has started to get frustrated with the state of things, such that she has seems to not as motivated as before. I think it is of priority to get star player motivated again, as she would play well like before.
I would just have to say to star player, is that, it is you who is the heartbeat of the team, and thus you lead this team with your impressive skill. Part of our talents has already been showcased with the various performances. If we think we aren't good, we are not good. If we think we can be successful, we will be successful. Given time, we still can play well together again, so don't feel unmotivated ok?
Up-and-coming potential, believe in your ability, be like star player, who she very much believe in her own talents, and you can see how much she has achieved already in music.
